The power that can change the world - GAFL
Open the future of GAFL to be the 1st school in the world

Hello and welcome,

I would like to extend a welcome and my thanks to everyone who visits GAFL’s homepage. GAFL aims to become a world school by educating students to become creative global leaders who can serve the world through consistent self development gained from a well-rounded, moral, challenging and creative education. The education students will receive from GAFL is based on the fundamental philosophies of humanism and TLGT (Teach, Learn, & Grow Together).

Generally, the features of future society are characterized as knowledge-based, globalized, and one that values life-long learning, and respect for all people. As a result, future leaders should be a “creative and integrated global talent” who has abilities including critical thinking, creativity and communication based on qualities that include honesty, consideration and respect for all.

GAFL was the first Korean national high-school to adopt and operate the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. We also operate a Soft Power Curriculum that focuses on research, cooperation, advanced-learning, interdisciplinary education, and process based instruction through teaching-learning methods that concentrate on debates and presentations. In addition to using highly developed information and communication technology, the school uses SMART education, to ensure that students have digital literacy skills. GAFL’s priority is to nurture global leaders through a well-round education based on balancing activities that combine health, ethics, and intelligence.

GAFL is the place where the dreams and happiness of individual students are realized. This is the place where global leaders can cultivate the skills necessary to lead changes in Korea and the world. Our educational team will do our best to make GAFL a center of learning and leadership.

Thank you.
